Through two games, Taylor has 28 total rush attempts, which currently ranks 20th in the NFL. To a degree, the game flow has dictated this with the Colts often playing from behind and the opposing offense controlling the time of possession.

You can even look beyond these three weeks and see some light for the Bears. They have the Washington Commanders (1-1) and Jacksonville Jaguars (0-2) right after. That means their next five opponents are a combined 1-7, which is as much of a schedule break as you can ask for in the NFL. There are no excuses.

The Chicago Bears have ruled out wide receiver Keenan Allen for their Week 3 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Allen missed Week 2 as he deals with a heel injury he suffered towards the end of the preseason. After playing through it in Week 1, he will now miss at least the next two games for Chicago.
